Hairstyles For Long Luscious Locks
Have you ever felt like you have so much hair and no idea what do with it? This can be very frustrating, especially for someone who does not have the time to go to a hair stylist bi-weekly. It can also be hard for someone who has a hard time styling their own hair entirely. Your hairstyle should also fit who you are. It would be awkward for you to walk around feeling like something you are not. I can tell you because I know this dreadful feeling. The best thing to do is to find hairstyles that fits your long, thick, and beautiful hair. Here are some hairstyles that you can try:
- Beach waves are simple and easy to create. All you need is an empty spray bottle, sea salt, coconut oil, gel, and 1 cup of warm water. Put this mixture into the empty spray bottle and shake until the mixture is even. Spray generously and then voila! Perfect waves for a day on the beach, or any other casual event.
- You can start this beautiful braided bun by separating your hair into four sections. Braid the two back sections in two braids and then wrap them around each other until a braid is formed. Now, take the two front sections and wrap them around the bun. Place pins appropriately
- This is hairstyle may be a little advanced, but when pulled off right it is super cute for long hair! With a part on the right side, take a section of hair on the heavy side of the part. Divide this into three sections and cross the back strand over the middle then the front strand over the middle. Next, cross the back strand over the middle and bring in a section of hair to create a french braid. Now cross the front strand over the middle and bring in a section of hair like in the third step. Next, cross the back strand over the middle and bring in another section of hair. This time, in stead of crossing the front strand over the middle, drop it down, and pick up a section of hair directly behind that strand. Cross it over the middle in place of the dropped strand. Now cross the back strand over and bring in hair per usual. Next, repeat the sixth dropping the front strand and bringing in a replacement strand. Repeat the fifth and eight steps until the braid reaches the back of the head. Continue braiding the three strands down into a regular braid and pin it against the head. Lay hair over the top of the pin to hide it.
Finish with hairspray and you are set!
When doing these hairstyles always remember that they are there to make your hair more fashionable without all of the extra work. The beach waves literally take about five minutes. The only hairdo that may be a little time consuming is the waterfall braid. The braided bun however is perfect for a summer day when you want your long hair off of your neck. Which one do you like the best?
